Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Eligible Items

• Unused items in original condition
• Items with all original tags and packaging intact
• Items purchased directly from cakilawrence.com

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as Final Sale at time of purchase
• Personalized or custom embroidered items
• Items showing signs of use or wear
• Gift cards

How to Start a Return

1. Email returns@cakilawrence.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
3. Pack items securely in their original packaging and ship using the provided label.
4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We're happy to facilitate exchanges for a different size or colorway, subject to availability. Please note that exchange requests are treated as a return and a new order. We'll confirm availability before processing.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
