Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. We do not charge restocking fees.

How to Start a Return

Email returns@cakilawrence.com with your order number. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email returns@cakilawrence.com and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including all shipping costs. We cover return shipping in those cases.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different item, place a new order and return the original.
