No pre-orders. Never have, never will.
Taking your money for something that doesn't exist yet has never sat right with us. So we don't do pre-orders — full stop. Instead, every product we make now runs through The Reserve List: a simple, honest way to be first in line, without paying a cent until there's something real to buy.
This isn't new for us — it's how the Carryall pilot ran. What's new is that it's now how everything works: The Carryall, The Companion, The Racks, The Roll, The Pouch, and The Guest List tiles are all open for reservation below.
How it works
- Reserve your place on any product below — it costs nothing today, and it isn't a pre-order. I'll honor every reservation in the exact order it came in.
- Each item is made, or already on its way, in small runs. Once a run physically arrives and passes my own quality check, I start reaching out to that list in signup order.
- When it's your turn, you'll get an email with a link to buy. You'll have 24 hours to place your order and pay — if it lapses, your spot passes to the next person in line.
- There's no cap on how many names can join any list. Reserving your place means you're first in line when it's ready — it isn't a guarantee, since demand may exceed supply.
